We have a Board of seven (7) members of which three (3) are women. I facillited the inclusion of two (2) women but they do not seem to care for women employees. Should I continue to campaign for inclusion of women in the Board Positions? Gertrude Chiomba, Sunbird SACCO, Malawi.

My Savings and Credit Union used to be employee based. Now we have opened the bond and there is a group of business men who want to joinas a group but we have no experience of dealing with groups. Is there anyone with an idea of how we can go about?
