Hello everyone, we are launching a new " Customer Service Experience" Culture in our credit union/ SACCO and there is a whole debate as to why we are not using " Member" in place of " customer". I would like to hear from you which one is applicable to promote our credit union spirit. Is it to refer to our members as customer or as members?
